NERA Shanghai is located in the most busy street of the city, Huai Hai Road, one stop from the famous "People's Square" subway station and a five-minute walk from Shanghai Xin Tian Di, well known by foreigners as a relaxation area. With many good restaurants, shopping malls, gyms, greens, and museums around the office building, it is very convenient for both working and living. At night, it can be easily recognized since it is the highest building in that area shining in rainbow neon.
As part of our team in China you would be a member of a global Transfer Pricing Practice with a reputation for excellence. Staff may work with leading multinational corporations, law firms, and other clients in determining and implementing value-creating, business aligned, and economically sound transaction structures. Areas of focus may include arm's length pricing of cross-border transactions, valuation of intellectual property and business entities, and other business planning and controversy resolutions.
We are always looking to receive applications from individuals with a first-rate academic record through Master's or PhD level in economics, finance, business administration, accounting, applied mathematics, or a related field. Candidates interested in more senior posts will also have demonstrated excellence in relevant prior professional positions.
