Sample Curriculum
At each level from researchers through partner, staff are measured against a competency model, which clarifies expected performance for behaviors, skills, and knowledge. We have aligned training, resources, and developmental actions with the competency model.
NERA's training and development program encourages staff to acquire leadership, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communications skills, as well as an understanding of our consulting areas and practice areas. Consultants are given the opportunity to gain in-depth expertise in targeted areas, develop project leadership and management skills, and enhance client relationships.
The sample curriculum outlined below is a mix of in-house instructors, outside experts, online tutorials, e-learning courses, and online books and resources.
