Trade Secret Damages
Companies sometimes claim that certain of their trade secret information has found its way into competitors' hands, or has been wrongly used by companies with whom they have had prior relationships. In those instances, the trade secret-owning company may claim economic injury flowing from that claimed misappropriation. NERA experts have been asked to evaluate the unjust gains obtained by the defendant and/or the economic injury caused to the plaintiff from the misappropriation.
