The Situation
A large, EU-headquartered MNE requested NERA's assistance in designing and implementating a new worldwide transfer pricing policy for the group.
NERA's Role
To define the new transfer pricing system, NERA began with a comprehensive value chain analysis, followed by a supporting documentation. NERA supported implementation and validation of the new transfer pricing system by participating in the negotiation of several bilateral APAs with tax authorities.
