The Situation
A European mobile operator is being sued for damages resulting from an alleged price squeeze and setting differential on-net and off-net prices so as to exploit network externalities.
NERA's Role
NERA has been retained by the defendant to produce a series of Expert Reports assessing the claim for damages arising from the alleged price squeeze. This has involved critically reviewing the calculation of the alleged price squeeze and the resulting damages produced by the claimants and independent court appointed experts.
The Result
