NERA's Role
The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia (Richmond Division) named a NERA economist as the Court's expert on damages, and he testified at a hearing in Richmond on 11 October, 2001.
The Result
On 12 October, PBM and Mead Johnson agreed to settle the lawsuit.
