A report for TransGrid, who asked NERA to review and comment on Murraylink's Application for conversion to regulated status. Murraylink is currently a non-regulated transmission link. The report focused particularly on Murraylink's proposed use of the regulatory test to derive a Regulatory Asset Value for Murraylink.
