On 23 March 2010, NERA Director Graham Shuttleworth attended an academic workshop held by Ofgem, the electricity and gas regulator for Great Britain. The focus of the workshop was to examine the RPI-X@20 review, a two-year project to review the workings of the current approach to regulating Great Britain's energy networks and to develop future policy recommendations. One of a small group of invitees, Mr. Shuttleworth was asked to comment on Ofgem's latest thinking and its contribution to long-term investment incentives.
