NERA Senior Vice President Dr. Elizabeth Becker participated in a session entitled "Making the Most of Your Expert Witness" along with Dr. Stuart Kleinman, Associate Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons. Dr. Becker shared best practices on working with expert witnesses in employment-related class actions and offered her perspective on how expert witnesses can shine at trial.
