Transfer Pricing in China: Economic Issues and Insights, Part IV
NERA recently held a series of events in China and Europe demonstrating the transfer pricing capabilities of NERA in China. In Part IV, NERA's Frankfurt office hosted two roundtables -- on Thursday, 2 December and on Friday, 3 December 2010 -- on topical German-Chinese transfer pricing issues. NERA experts Dr. Alexander Voegele and Sébastien Gonnet led a discussion on a number of issues, including the relocation of functions, cost allocations, intangible assets, foreign currency regulations, and transfer pricing documentation in China. The panel also examined neutral cases, without any references to specific industries and companies.
