NERA Associate Director Daniel Radov was invited by Environmental Finance magazine to speak at a recent carbon prices webinar about the UK Government's new price support mechanism for CO2 emissions allowances, the "Carbon Price Floor." In his presentation, Mr. Radov discussed the motivation behind plans to set a carbon price floor in the UK, and considered the likely effects on UK and European power and emissions markets.
