Leading experts convened at the National Association for Business Economics (NABE) Transfer Pricing Symposium in Arlington, Virginia on 31 July-2 August 2012 to discuss some of the emerging issues with respect to transactions between related parties. On Wednesday, 1 August, NERA Special Consultant Dr. Richard Rozek participated in a panel discussion entitled "Intercompany Debt or Equity?" The symposium was conducted by NABE's Transfer Pricing Roundtable. Other discussion topics included intercompany financing and risk transfers, the mechanics of estimating discount rates, and transfer pricing audit procedures and adjustments.
