The International Framework for Nuclear Cooperation (IFNEC) held a workshop in London on 9-10 May 2012 to examine the challenges and opportunities in financing nuclear energy projects. NERA Vice President Edward Kee was invited to serve as the market and economics expert in the scenario exercises. The purpose of the exercises was to reach an informed understanding of different stakeholder perspectives associated with financing the project, and to identify key barriers and opportunities presented by the scenario.
