Experts convened at a two-day litigation summit in Washington, DC on 12-13 November 2012 to examine the latest strategies, technologies, and solutions for litigation management. On the first day of the summit, Dr. David Tabak, a Senior Vice President in NERA's Global Securities and Finance Practice, participated in a panel session on managing major securities litigation. The panel discussed how to select counsel, the use of experts, alternative fee arrangements, litigation funding organizations, and the role of eDiscovery and predictive coding.
