On 4 December 2012, NERA Vice President Jean-Sébastien Lénik delivered a presentation at Paris Pantheon-Assas University highlighting the role of intercompany pricing for multinational companies. Using a selection of case studies, Mr. Lénik demonstrated how intercompany pricing has a direct influence on companies' top and bottom lines, and is a critical component of successful value-creating strategies. Mr. Lénik also explained how intercompany pricing connects with a number of other disciplines, including antitrust and competition, intellectual property, securities and finance, transfer pricing, and valuation.
