NERA Senior Vice President Dr. Alan Cox was invited to address the course in "Intellectual Property Legal Practice" at Beijing University School of Law on 3 March 2013. The course, managed by the Beijing office of King & Wood Mallesons, is designed to enable students to master the basic theory and practice of intellectual property law. Dr. Cox discussed issues of intellectual property valuation, damages assessment, and possible anticompetitive uses of intellectual property incorporated into standards.
