The Cyberspace and International Telecommunications Practice Committees of the Federal Communications Bar Association held this continuing legal education seminar in Washington, DC on 6 February 2008. The seminar focused on global comparative approaches to the deployment and take-up of broadband services, as well as the various challenges being faced by lawyers, governments, and other industry participants. NERA Vice President Christian Dippon participated in a panel discussion on regulatory developments and policies in the US and a range of other countries.
