NERA Special Consultant Dr. Richard Rapp participated in a panel discussion at this Federal Trade Commission workshop in Washington, DC on 12 February 2008. The panel, "Evidentiary Issues Related to Proving Unilateral Effects," examined issues related to the value of various kinds of evidence, including econometric evidence and merger simulation, in evaluating a unilateral effects merger and presenting it in court.
