NERA Vice President Christian Dippon participated in a competition policy workshop at the Spring 2008 VON.x Conference & Expo. The conference, held in San Jose, California on 17-20 March 2008, focused on the latest trends in Internet communications. On 17 March, Mr. Dippon was featured on a panel that discussed how, twelve years after Congress created a national policy to create a competitive marketplace for telecommunications, competition policy has evolved in the Internet-enabled, digital world.
