NERA Special Consultant Dr. Alexander Voegele was invited to be the guest speaker at this transfer pricing forum, hosted by Coloplast, in Humlebaek, Denmark on 12 September 2008. Dr. Voegele's presentation focused on the relocation of functions and risks as well as on business migration. He demonstrated how functions are defined, how to differentiate between relocation and duplication, and how to calculate the shifted value. Dr. Voegele also addressed new German legislation and recent OECD developments.
