NERA Experts Participate in Joint ABA-MOFCOM Workshop in China

NERA Senior Vice President Dr. Gregory K. Leonard and Senior Consultant Dr. Fei Deng were members of the delegation from the American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Law (ABA) at a workshop held jointly with the Anti-Monopoly Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China (MOFCOM) on 15-17 December 2008. Dr. Leonard delivered a presentation entitled "Merger Review Best Practices: Competitive Effects Analysis." MOFCOM attendees included Director General Shang Ming, Deputy Director Ye Jun, Deputy Director Dong Hongxia, Deputy Director Li Zhiqiang, and Deputy Director Yin Yanling.
