Sponsored by NERA, this three-day conference will be held in Los Angeles on 9-11 March 2009 to examine the current asbestos litigation landscape. On the last day of the conference, NERA Vice President Dr. Ronald Miller will participate in a panel discussion entitled "The Role of Bankruptcy Trusts in Civil Asbestos." Dr. Miller and his co-panelist, Dr. Charles Mullin of Litigation Resolution Group LLC, will discuss exposure evidence, timing, set offs, and true values. The panel will be moderated by John Cooney of Cooney & Conway.
