NERA Director Graham Shuttleworth participated in a seminar on the British electricity system at the Department of Energy and Climate Change in London on 25 February 2009. Mr. Shuttleworth was invited to attend, along with a small number of other energy market experts, to discuss with the Secretary of State the challenges facing electricity market institutions in Britain.
