On 4 June 2009, NERA Senior Vice President and Environment Group Head Dr. David Harrison joined three other panelists -- from American Electric Power, EcoSecurities and Van Ness Feldman -- for a webinar examining the Waxman-Markey American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009. Dr. Harrison provided an economic analysis of the bill, focusing on design elements that affect the economic impacts, modeling results, and implications and emerging economic issues.
