Experts from NERA's Securities and Finance Practice participated in a live broadcast, hosted by the Securities and Exchange Commission Historical Society on 28 July 2009, in order to discuss recent NERA work. Senior Vice Presidents Dr. Robert Mackay and Dr. Marcia Kramer Mayer discussed a range of timely topics, including SEC settlements, Ponzi schemes, credit default swaps, and FAS 157 Fair Market Values. The sixth annual installment of the program was moderated by Professor Lisa Fairfax of The George Washington University Law School.
