The European American Tax Institute held its 32nd annual congress in Noordwijk, The Netherlands on 8-9 October 2009. NERA Special Consultant Pim Fris participated in a panel discussion on transfer pricing. The panel examined a range of topics, including developments at the EU Transfer Pricing Forum; new documentation rules and current trends in tax audits and Competent Authority proceedings in France; and the implications of the Glaxo Canada, DSG Retail, and Man Camions cases.
