NERA Senior Vice President and Environment Group Head Dr. David Harrison and Associate Director Daniel Radov delivered two presentations at the third meeting of the European Climate Change Programme (ECCP) Working Group on emissions trading in Brussels on 21-22 May 2007. The topic of the meeting was "Further Harmonisation and Increased Predictability." In their presentations, Dr. Harrison and Mr. Radov discussed different possible options for allocation of emissions allowances under Phase 3 and later phases of the European Union Emissions Trading Scheme (EU ETS). NERA is advising the European Commission on issues related to post-2012 allocation alternatives under the EU ETS.
