The Public Utility Research Center (PURC) at the University of Florida Warrington College of Business held this telecommunications conference in Gainesville, Florida on 3-12 September 2007 on behalf of the National Telecommunications Commission of Thailand. On 11 September, NERA Vice President Christian Dippon presented two sessions: "The Economics and Future of Mobile Virtual Network Operators" and "Mobile Broadband Issues and Convergence in Europe and Asia." Mr. Dippon discussed spectrum management and planning in light of emerging wireless technologies and issues in Asia.
