Effective Development & Presentation of Expert Testimony

Chicago, Illinois
24 September 2007- 25 September 2007
Hosted By: Law Seminars International

Expert testimony is often critical to the outcome in complex commercial litigation. Therefore, it is important for lawyers, experts, and clients to understand how to identify, develop, and present expert testimony. At this Law Seminars International program, held in Chicago on 24-25 September 2007, industry participants provided advice on how to find and select great experts as well as persuasive techniques for presenting expert testimony and challenging opposing experts. As part of the program, NERA Vice President Dr. Christine Siegwarth Meyer, who has testified as an expert on damages issues associated with allegations of patent infringement, breach of contract, and antitrust violations, participated as an expert witness in a mock cross-examination.
