The French Pharmaceutical Association (LEEM) hosted a seminar on the economics of intellectual property in the pharmaceutical industry in Paris on 4 October 2007. Co-chaired with Dechert LLP, the seminar focused on the impact on intercompany pricing and valuation issues of complex pharmaceutical industry economics and diversity of business responses from the pharmaceutical community. NERA Vice President Jean-Sébastien Lénik delivered a presentation examining intercompany pricing and valuation issues relating to intangible property in the pharmaceutical industry.
