Australia's Climate Change Plan

NERA Associate Director Adrian Kemp was interviewed on ABC2 TV Business Today about Australia's proposals to tackle climate change. Mr. Kemp discussed Australia's move to implement a carbon emissions trading plan in light of talks on a proposed global carbon market. He examined the lessons Australia could draw from the European emissions trading experience, while outlining the importance of setting clear emissions targets and timetables. He also outlined the potential competitive advantages of creating a global carbon market to address the global emission problem.
