Experience
Ms. Bainbridge specializes in the areas of labor and employment, intellectual property infringement, antitrust, and commercial litigation disputes. She has more than 15 years' experience in the field of economics, with particular expertise in employment-related litigation support and consulting. Her work in this area has included economic and statistical analysis in class action matters involving allegations of gender, race, and age discrimination in a variety of employment practices, as well as FLSA and state wage and hour regulation compliance matters. She has also consulted with clients in analysis related to self-reviews of employment practices and adverse impact of reductions in force. Ms. Bainbridge has worked extensively in the development and manipulation of large and complex data sets and applied economic concepts in the formulation and analysis of statistical models in the areas of employment and antitrust litigation.
Prior to NERA, Ms. Bainbridge was with Analysis Group and, previously, the Employment Economics Group at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Recent publications include "Economic Analysis of Reductions-in-Force (RIF) and Pay Equity," in the 2011 Litigation Services Handbook supplement. She is a member of the Society of Labor Economists, the American Economic Association, and the Labor and Employment and Intellectual Property Sections of the American Bar Association.
Ms. Bainbridge holds an MA in economics from Clemson University and a BS in economics from the Pontifical University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
