Ms. Saito has more than seven years of experience in working with multinational corporations on projects involving intercompany pricing and valuation of intellectual property. Her areas of expertise include designing pricing methodologies, determining appropriate intercompany pricing, assisting clients with negotiating and implementing Advance Pricing Agreements with tax authorities, supporting clients in implementing cost sharing agreements, and supporting clients in tax controversy situations.
Ms. Saito's expertise covers a variety of industries, including automotive, auto parts, software, semiconductor, consumer electronics, consumer products, medical equipment, and pharmaceuticals.
Prior to joining NERA, she worked in Arthur Andersen's transfer pricing practice, based in New York. She is also a CFA charterholder and a Certified Public Accountant.
