Experience
Mr. Quach has 10 years' experience as an economist, specializing in network economics and competition policy in Australia, New Zealand, and the Asia-Pacific region.
Since joining NERA in 2001, Mr. Quach has advised clients on the application of competition policy in Australia in such industries as aviation, airports, electricity, rail, and natural gas.
Mr. Quach specializes in regulatory and financial modeling and the cost of capital for network businesses. Prior to joining NERA, he worked at the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, advising on a number of business issues including tax policy, national wage claims, and small business reforms.
