Experience
Ms. Fish joined NERA in 2002 and since that time has advised a number of clients on a range of competition and regulatory matters in industries such as aviation, rail, electricity, gas, water, telecommunications, mining and resources, packaging, online retail, and payments systems.
Her particular experience in competition matters includes the assessment of claims of misuse of market power, the assessment of competition concerns arising from mergers, assistance with applications for authorisation of potentially anticompetitive agreements, pricing of access regimes for essential infrastructure, and the estimation of damages. Ms. Fish's clients are largely based in Australia, although she has also provided advice to clients with competition and regulatory issues in other areas of the Asia Pacific, including Singapore, Thailand, and Fiji.
