Experience
Mr. Green joined NERA in early 2003 after completing his post-graduate studies in economics and law. During his six years at NERA, he has advised a wide range of clients throughout Australia, New Zealand, and the Asia-Pacific region on the competition and regulatory aspects of mergers, access to essential facilities, enforcement proceedings involving allegations of the misuse of market power, and the economic regulation of infrastructure service providers.
He has advised clients in the electricity and gas, water, aviation, e-commerce, telecommunications, iron ore and steel, petroleum, payment systems, beverages, grain storage and handling, scrap metal, road and rail transport, and port services industries.
