Experience
Mr. Chee is a Senior Consultant in NERA's Energy Group. At NERA, he is part of a team that provides advice on the design and implementation of competitive bidding processes to procure energy. Mr. Chee has worked alongside regulators and utilities in various states to develop auction-related materials and processes. Mr. Chee's work at NERA has also involved litigation and other antitrust matters across several industries, including petroleum, precious metals, synthetic fibers, industrial gases, payroll services, and healthcare.
Mr. Chee received his MA and BA in economics, magna cum laude, from the University of Southern California. Prior to joining NERA, Mr. Chee was Vice President of Finance at Inswers, an Internet education-publishing company with offices in Singapore and Los Angeles.
