Experience
Mr. Lénik is an Associate Director in NERA's Global Transfer Pricing, Intellectual Property, and Valuation Practices. He is a senior economist specializing in economic analysis applied to valuation issues.
Mr. Lénik has worked with valuation engagements focusing on complex transactions involving intellectual property, notably in the context of private equity deals, business restructuring, and post-merger integration. He has managed scores of valuation engagements focusing on complex economic and business issues, such as dealing with life-cycle pricing for ethical pharmaceuticals, the redesign of global intercompany pricing policies in the context of a global business review, and the development of intercompany pricing structures and associated valuation of intangible property in the context of intangible property rationalization projects.
Mr. Lénik is a frequent lecturer on valuation issues at various conferences, most recently at events in Beijing, Geneva, Paris, and Madrid. He has also spoken in the US as part of events hosted by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and the Institute of Business Appraisers. Mr. Lénik is a lecturer on valuation issues at Paris Dauphine, Paris Pantheon Assas Universities (France). He publishes frequently on the subject of valuation. His notable publications have been published in BNAI, Finance Today, the Canadian Tax Journal, and International Tax Review. He has also published articles and viewpoints in various business newspapers such as Les Echos and La Tribune.
Mr. Lénik holds a masters degree from McGill University (Canada) and a degree in corporate finance from INSEAD (France). He also a member of the French bar.
