Experience
Mr. Gammons is a Director in NERA's European Energy Group. He specializes in electricity and gas market regulation, restructuring, competition policy, litigation, and valuation work for corporate and government clients. Mr. Gammons has particular expertise in using computer-based economic models to assist clients in anticipating market evolution and analyzing complex strategic decisions. In the past several years, Mr. Gammons has led a large number of due diligence and valuation exercises in support of potential acquisitions or green-field investments, including for power generation companies, wind energy projects, gas storage facilities and gas interconnectors. His other past assignments have spanned merger cases, contract disputes, pricing and regulatory strategy, and cost-benefit studies of new policy proposals or rule changes.
