Statistical analysis of class action claims of employment discrimination, at certification and in subsequent phases. Our focus is on presenting statistical analyses that accurately model the challenged decision process without jargon, and explain the results in simple, comprehensible terms. NERA economists and statisticians have analyzed class claims of hiring, compensation, promotion, termination, and performance rating discrimination, as well as pattern and practice claims for smaller groups of plaintiffs.

Evaluation of claims of economic loss, both in individual and class claims. Though a generic evaluation of damages may seem impressive, NERA tells the story of the economic loss through careful evaluation of the facts of the case and the compensation and promotion systems in place at the defendant.
