Brian Adams has over 20 years of experience in the financial and technology sectors and serves as NERA’s Executive Director of Technology Services. He applies his vast IT experience to create and implement innovative solutions to new market demands and build teams that align business, technology, and user requirements for exceptional results.

Mr. Adams takes a proactive approach to tech delivery by focusing on emerging technologies, which provide the foundation for NERA’s experts and operations. Under his leadership, the department has enhanced project success and ensured the firm’s experts can work and collaborate anywhere with full efficiency and security.
Before joining NERA, Mr. Adams led the market technology division of a finance brokerage, where he implemented a new enterprise project management system, an electronic trading solution, and a real-time risk management system. He also served as Chief Information Officer at a futures brokerage and was President of the Futures Industry Association’s Markets Technology Division in 2016–2017.
