Sal Dirschberger is a director with more than 30 years of management and human resources experience in the financial, professional, and manufacturing sectors. As NERA’s Director of Human Capital, he organizes and administrates policies and programs that foster a work environment consistent with the firm’s values and mission.

Mr. Dirschberger is responsible for talent acquisition, staff and professional development, employee relations, and total rewards across the firm. He oversees performance management, diversity initiatives, and other human capital programs for NERA’s global offices, and develops and executes on the firm’s global strategic business plans. During his tenure, Mr. Dirschberger has reorganized the Human Capital department, recruited key senior hires, and redesigned the firm’s performance management and compensation processes. His work provides employees with a place to grow and develop the necessary tools to meet clients’ needs.

Prior to joining NERA, Mr. Dirschberger led other human resource teams at financial service institutions.
