As part of the New York International Arbitration Center’s (NYIAC’s) Advisory Council Toolkit Series, NERA Senior Managing Director Dr. Vinita Juneja, Managing Director Robert Patton, and Director Timothy McKenna will join Proskauer Partner Peter J.W. Sherwin and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton Partner Jeffrey A.   • Understanding comparable transactions and trading multiple valuations and how they can be a useful alternative or complement to DCF valuations;
  • Using economic analysis in valuations of lost profits or revenue and using subsequent findings in market multiples analysis;
  • Calculating valuations using comparable transactions and events; and
  • Determining valuations using comparable trading multiples.
