She has also conducted and published research on competition and pricing, including cost pass-through in automobile pricing, competition among health insurers, and the impact of insurance regulation on insurers. Dr. Gron's research on risk management has investigated topics including bank capital and lending, risk-based capital regulation, insurance capital and pricing, and risk overhang and insurance availability.
