Daniel Sullivan, MSc

Daniel Sullivan specializes in antitrust litigation and markets regulation. His experience includes matters involving cartel follow-on damage cases, cartel risk assessments, and merger and market investigations. Most recently, Mr. Sullivan participated on the team advising clients on the European Commission’s Trucks investigation and assisted in preparing reports on the Irish telecommunications market. Mr. Sullivan also assisted clients as part of merger investigations in the UK aggregates and concrete industry.
