Earlier this year, Associate Director Dr. C.-Philipp Heller joined Aitor Ortiz of Competition Policy International (CPI) and PYMNTS for a streamed discussion regarding antitrust economics and the regulation of cryptocurrencies. During their session, they discussed market definition in the crypto economy, potential theories of harm, and stablecoins.

Prior to their discussion, Dr. Heller’s article on cryptocurrency regulation and antitrust laws—“Defining Relevant Markets in the Crypto Economy”—was published in CPI’s TechREG Chronicle, an online magazine covering the technology industry.
