NERA sibling company Marsh gathered international energy executives, experts, government officials, and business leaders at this conference in Dubai on 25-27 February 2008 to discuss the growing number of risks faced by the world's national oil companies (NOCs). These state-owned enterprises have rapidly transitioned from their respective national stages to a global platform, managing roughly 80 percent of the world's oil supply. The conference examined vital industry issues such as operational, financial, and strategic risk in NOC operations. NERA Director Dr. Fabrizio Hernández participated in a panel discussion on strategic challenges and risks in the LNG chain.
