Insurance industry experts convened at this conference in New York City on 18 March 2009 to discuss coverage issues most likely to arise from the ongoing financial crisis. As part of the conference, NERA Senior Vice President Dr. Faten Sabry delivered a presentation entitled "What Kind of Damages are Being Sought and How Will Damages be Measured?"
