The ABA Health Law Section, ABA Section of Antitrust Law, and the American Health Lawyers Association presented its 25th Antitrust in Healthcare Conference in Arlington, Virginia. The conference brought together an expert faculty made up of the leading government enforcers, private counsel representing both plaintiffs and defendants, and economists to share their insights and offer both practical advice and policy recommendations on key antitrust issues affecting the healthcare industry.
