NERA's Global Antitrust and Competition Practice met with judges of the Supreme People's Court of the People's Republic of China, including Chief Justice Kong Xiangjun, on 26 May 2010. Senior Vice President Dr. Alan Cox made a presentation concerning the methods used in the United States to calculate damages in patent and trademark infringement litigation.
